Quarry Consulting is looking for a Manager, Change Management that can work 2 days on-site in either Ottawa or Toronto.
5-month contract to start
The Manager, Change Management provides counsel to the client on change management issues, particularly as they relate to communications and training; assembles a team to deliver the strategy incorporating the change impact analysis and re-engineering of processes; coordinates across functional groups and key stakeholders; and tracks, monitors and reports on results.
Must Have
- 7-10 years of change management experience (full range - from initial impact assessment/planning to execution)
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and integrate various tasks within a matrix or project environment
- Experience in large Enterprise environments
- Candidates with program management experience as long as the role was focused on change management.
- Hands-on experience (write communication/drafts, facilitate a meeting, execute and produce)
Nice to have:
- Prosci certified
- Professional associations – Association of Change Manage
