Must Have:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master on complex digital or platform initiatives.
• Strong experience of Agile / Scrum delivery practices.
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical teams (developers, architects, data).
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience using Agile delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Support sprint execution for time boxed MVP and iterative releases.
• Remove delivery impediments and coordinate across technical and data workstreams.
• Support backlog refinement in collaboration with the Product Owner.
• Track sprint metrics, risks, and dependencies.
• Support executive and senior leader demos and reviews.
• Coach the team on Agile practices in a fast moving, R\&D style environment.
• Experience supporting AI, data, or platform modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with hybrid Agile delivery and MVP‑driven programs.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
