On-Site Requirement: Remote (EST Hours)

Security: Criminal Record Check Required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Tertiary design degree
• Design Portfolio is a must - Please include the link to your portfolio on your resume.
• 3-5 years of design experience within corporate communications or agency environments
• Sound understanding and experience in art working for print and digital production
• Experience in B2B marketing, professional services industry is a plus
• Experience in using Infogram is considered an asset

Responsibilities:

• Respond to creative briefs for Deloitte’s core and network campaigns
• Contribute ideas during client briefings and brainstorms
• Design and present concepts for senior approval
• Act as brand guardian ensuring consistency
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver distinctive design
• Use competitive insights and trends to support creative direction
• Create content for Deloitte.com, social, ads, and other collateral
• Develop and evolve Deloitte’s visual identities and templates
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines
• Show passion for continuous improvement

Competencies / Personal Attributes / Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong project management and deadline prioritization
• Clear and effective communicator (briefing/debriefing)
• Proactive, flexible team player who shares ideas and trends
• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Video editing; working knowledge of After Effects
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles
• Skilled in photography and illustration
• Experience with Infogram tool
• Adheres to brand guidelines from brief to deployment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through Skills
