Quarry Consulting Inc. is currently seeking a Micosoft AD Coordination Specialist for one of our clients.

The Data Coordination Specialist is responsible for gathering, organizing, and distributing data across teams within the organization.This individual will serve as a central point of contact, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure that accurate and timely data is collected and efficiently shared with relevantteam members to support decision-making and project execution.

Title: Microsoft AD Coordination Specialist

Term: July 7th 2025 - December 31st 2025

Location: Toronto

Key Responsibilites:

  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to identify data requirements and collection methods.
  • Facilitate the effective and timely gatheringof data from internal and external sources.
  • Maintain up-to-date recordsof collected data, ensuring accuracyand completeness.
  • Distribute relevant data sets and reports to team membersas needed.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data collection processesand best practices.
  • Support team membersby providing requesteddata in a clear and accessible format.
  • Address data-related inquiries from stakeholders and provide clarifications as necessary.
  • Help maintain data security and confidentiality in line with organizational policies.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to identify opportunities for datasharing and process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years minimal experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Data Science, Information Management, or arelated field (or 5 years equivalent experience)
  • Having experience with Microsoft Active Directory would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse groups.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Experience with data management tools and MicrosoftOffice Suite
  • Ability to manage multiplepriorities and deadlineseffectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

Additional information:

We are lookingfor someone who is highly personable and able to engage effectively across multiple Member Firmsand time zones. While technical skillsare valuable, strong coordination abilities and projectmanagement experience are key priorities for this role. Candidates who excel in these areas will be highly preferred. Having both the interpersonal and technical skill sets would be ideal.
