100% English & French Billing Coordinator

Remote – 6 months to start

MUST Haves – 2+ years experience with All of the below.

• Bilingual - Both spoken and written, English & French (there is a Test)
• Process a high-volume of invoices as well as engagement maintenance.
• Prepare and process credit notes / cancellations and ad hoc requested as needed.
• Identify billing issues and ensures tax rules are followed.
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook; Excel & Word)
