Quarry Consulting is looking for Salesforce Consultant/Sr Business Analyst having an extensive experience in Marketing Personalization and Marketing Automation for our one of the client.

Contract: 6 months

Location: Toronto (2 days/week onsite)

Requirements:

• Proven experience analyzing customer data, identifying patterns and insights that lead to insights to tailor business automation rules for marketing efforts.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements ensuring personalization strategies align with and drive business goals and function within the martech stack (and/or identify technology gaps and requirements)
• Lead the development of testing agendas, testing personalization capabilities, analyzing the results, and synthesizing recommendations.
• Maintain project documentation and generation of reports to track the performance and optimization opportunities across the organization’s personalization initiatives.
• Collaborate and integrate with Marketing, IT, Business and Data departments to ensure personalization initiatives are technically feasible and effectively implemented.
• Experience in Adobe, Salesforce, Braze, ADO
• Experience in Journey and funnel analysis
• Experience in Business casing and prioritization
