Qualifications:

• PTA/OTA diploma or Kinesiology degree preferred
• Previous experience working within a clinic setting as an OTA/PTA is an asset
• Personal, friendly demeanor with excellent relationship-building skills
• New Graduates are welcome to apply as well as those with 1-3 years experience working in a similar role
• Open to new learning experience with our experienced team of clinicians
• Familiarity with physiotherapy and rehabilitation terminology

Key functions and responsibilities:

• Assisting physiotherapists with client care; including the use of ultrasound equipment, exercise programs etc.
• Administrative duties, as required
• Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals
• Collecting outcome measure data
• Maintenance and cleaning/sterilization of medical equipment
• Inventory of clinical supplies
