Lifemark’s Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP) is delivered on behalf of Veterans Affairs Canada and in partnership with WCG. As the Performance & Quality Specialist/Auditor, you are responsible for conducting quality assurance and auditing activities to ensure consistency and a standard approach across the program.

What You’ll Do
- Execute audits according to contractual requirements, including a review of internal operations and documentation, compliance with service standards and program outcomes
- Analyze audit results and other data for insights to program performance improvements
- Conduct analysis of outcomes and performance gaps between participant demographic groups
- Complete remote and onsite data checks and ensure privacy and confidentiality processes are followed by RSVP team members
- Ensure claims and invoice processing meets contract requirements and federal and provincial guidelines
- Identify issues impacting contractual compliance and support the development of solutions
- Continually improve organizational systems and processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity in support of enhanced participant outcomes
What You Bring
- Bachelor or Masters’ degree in Psychology, Counselling, Rehabilitation, Social Sciences, Human Services or a health-related field (e.g. physiotherapy, OT)
- A current Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP) or health professional designation
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the direct provision and/or auditing of medical, psycho-social or vocational rehabilitation services (or a combination thereof) to participants, including:
- Experience in conducting medical, psycho-social or vocational rehabilitation assessments
- Experience working with persons living with mental or physical health problems creating barriers to civilian life
- Experience analyzing and interpreting medical, psycho-social or vocational assessments and making recommendations based upon critical analysis of information leading to the development of a comprehensive plan and program of care
- Employment conditional on obtaining federal Reliability Status security clearance
