The RCC will be working in a hybrid model, sharing their time between remote work, and on-site presence at Lifemark Physiotherapy Keefer Place. Our clinic has been providing excellent physiotherapy and rehabilitation care to the Vancouver community since 1979. The newly renovated 16,000 square foot facility houses an out-patient clinic providing a wide array of holistic services.
Lifemark Physiotherapy Keefer Place is located in downtown Vancouver, one block from Rogers Arena and across the street from International Village and Tinseltown Theatre. It sits on the second floor directly on top of T&T Supermarket.
Our professional staff of over 50 clinicians includes physicians, a psychiatrist, psychologists, registered massage therapists (RMTs), clinical counsellors, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, acupuncturists, pharmacological consultants, a pharmacist, neuropsychologists, a psychometrist, kinesiologists, vestibular therapists and a speech language pathologist.
Many of the comprehensive programs we provide are funded by Government such as PCVRS (VAC), Workers’ Compensation Boards, Public Health Regions and Private insurers.
Thus far, we have assisted thousands of individuals to return to work and/or to a productive lifestyle through assessment, treatment, and prevention.
In this role, the Registered Clinical Counsellor will be supporting our interdisciplinary team and be responsible for the provision of intake assessments and treatment services for clients with a variety of psychological and physical diagnosis.

Your impact
As a Lifemark Registered Clinical Counsellor, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve their mental health, and achieve their health goals. You'll be more than a care provider; you'll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, lifting people up, meeting people where they are in their health journeys, sharing knowledge, and delivering top-quality, patient-centered care.
In this role, you will:
- Provide clients with assessment,consultationand psychoeducational services
- Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support individual rehabilitation and wellness goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centric care and achieveoptimaloutcomes.
- Build the next generation through mentorship and leadership (as assigned).
- Stay current with best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
- Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline your workflow.
- Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies.
Are you the right fit?
We're seeking a compassionate clinician who leads with empathy and integrity. A great listener, a clear communicator, and someone who seeks to understand what motivates our patients to guide how to personalize a plan of care to meet their needs. Above all, you are driven to grow – both professionally and personally. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Master’s Degree in Counselling / Clinical Psychology
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in return to work / physical rehabilitation setting
- Previousexperience providing treatment to individuals who have experienced a head injury
- Professional registration as a full RCC with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) (RCC for 1yr or more)
- Ability to use creative and structured approaches to assist clients to self-manage
- Ability to write clear and comprehensive reports and other correspondence
- Ability to communicate usingdifferent stylesand methods to suit individual clients and situations
- Experience with chronic pain and post concussive symptoms are highly valued
