Manager Vocational Rehab Services - Remote

Reporting to the National Director, Vocational Services, Lifemark is looking for a Manager, Vocational Services. Responsible to the overall change management and business strategy. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our vocational and employment services within our organization. The individual will possess a strong background in business, leading a team, finance and project management and strategic planning. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in vocational rehabilitation and employment services serving various government, insurers, wcb’s and private agencies.
Core Responsibilities:
- Prepare and monitor operational budgets for new and existing business units
- Project manage initiatives to ensure successful outcomes
- Oversee collection and conduct analytics of data to monitor performance and financial outcomes using standardized tools for reporting
- Ensure proposal submission packages follow guidelines and contain all required documentation and information
- Develop strategic objectives and actions that align with the vision of the organization
- Manage CRM systems and develop customized reports for management teams
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategic plans for the execution and implementation of new programs
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to provide insights that inform Lifemark's approach to business development
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s (preferred) in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field
- Experience and understanding of the Vocational Rehabilitation industry
- CVRP, CCVE is a strong asset
- 3-5 years of experience leading teams of professionals
- Proven track record of identifying and securing business opportunities within Vocational Rehabilitation or employment services (including government and private opportunities)
- Strong written and oral communication skills, bilingual an asset
- Ability to work independently and to lead a cross-functional team, proven leadership experience
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret relevant market data
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Must be self-starter, be able to adapt to flexible work schedule, strong interpersonal skills
- Time management, attention to detail, planning, and coordination skills
