Introduction

Pivotree is building the future of frictionless commerce, where AI-driven experiences are intelligent, automated, and deeply personalized across digital and physical touchpoints.

Our mission is to help enterprise organizations unlock the full potential of data, commerce, and supply chain systems—and AI is a critical enabler of that transformation. Whether it’s using machine learning to automate SKU creation, predict demand, optimize order routing, or improve product findability, we believe AI must be operational, not aspirational.

We’re seeking a bold, strategic leader to define and drive Pivotree’s enterprise AI strategy, build AI-powered products and services, and guide our clients through high-impact, value-led AI adoption.

Position Summary

The Practice Director, Artificial Intelligence Strategy & Solutionsis Pivotree’s senior executive responsible for crafting, owning, and executing our AI strategy across Data, Commerce, and Supply Chain domains.

This role leads the creation of productized AI solutions, establishes repeatable service offerings, and ensures AI is embedded into Pivotree’s IP, tools, and methodologies. It is equal parts product innovation, strategic vision, and customer success—with a clear mandate: to help clients accelerate business outcomes through the practical and responsible application of AI.
