Why This Role Exists

Phreesia is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of PhreesiaOnCall, our mobile application for physicians, while building and scaling new provider-focused advertising and network solutions.

In this role, you'll define and execute the long-term vision for the platform, helping healthcare providers better manage on-call responsibilities, patient communications, and other critical workflows throughout their day. You'll also play a key role in developing innovative monetization strategies through provider-targeted advertising and network solutions, including the EONS product strategy.

Success in this role requires strategic thinking, customer discovery expertise, and the ability to bring new products from concept to market by partnering closely with Engineering, Commercial, Clinical, Data, Design, and Executive Leadership teams.

What You’ll Spend Your Time Doing

Own the product vision.

  • Define and own the long-term product strategy and roadmap for PhreesiaOnCall.
  • Develop a vision for increasing provider engagement, retention, and monthly active users.
  • Identify opportunities to expand product value beyond traditional on-call workflows.
  • Conduct market analysis, customer discovery, and competitive research to inform product strategy.

Build new products and monetization opportunities.

  • Lead development of provider-targeted advertising and network-based products.
  • Define monetization strategies that create value for physicians, life sciences organizations, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Build business cases, validate market opportunities, and launch new revenue-generating capabilities.
  • Partner with Commercial teams to develop go-to-market plans and success metrics.

Lead product execution.

  • Guide cross-functional teams through discovery, development, launch, and ongoing optimization.
  • Define product requirements, prioritize investments, and manage roadmap execution.
  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-impact features.
  • Establish success metrics and continuously optimize product performance.

Influence across the organization.

  • Serve as the primary product leader for provider engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Data Science, Clinical, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and business results to senior stakeholders.

Use data to drive outcomes.

  • Measure adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization performance.
  • Develop frameworks for evaluating product investments and growth opportunities.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You don’t need to check every box — but this role will feel energizing if you:

  • Have demonstrated success building and scaling B2B mobile products with consumer-grade user experiences.
  • Bring healthcare, digital health, or life sciences industry experience.
  • Have experience building advertising, media, audience, or monetization products.
  • Excel at product discovery and customer research.
  • Can translate ambiguous opportunities into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Have experience defining product strategy and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Have strong analytical and business case development capabilities.
  • Enjoy leading cross-functional teams through complex product initiatives.
  • Have a deep understanding of product metrics, growth strategies, and monetization models.
  • Regularly leverage AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decision making.
  • Have healthcare provider engagement experience.
  • Have experience working with life sciences commercial organizations.
