We’re looking for someone who’s part strategist, part relationship-builder, and part “let’s get this done”. If you love rolling up your sleeves, leading meaningful digital campaigns, and collaborating with smart, kind people—this could be your sweet spot. You’ll have the freedom to take ownership, the support of a rockstar team, and the satisfaction of knowing your work helps real patients engage in their healthcare. This role is equivalent to the Account Supervisor or Senior Account Manager level within an agency setting.
What You’ll Do:
Become the go-to person for your clients and accounts—know their world, their goals, and how to make a difference for their audiences.
Lead the charge on digital campaigns from start to finish: kickoff, creative, launch, reporting, and all the moments in between.
Build real relationships with clients, agency partners, and internal teams—they’ll trust your judgment and love working with you.
Partner up with our awesome folks across Creative, Analytics, Data Science, Product, and more to bring campaigns to life.
Keep projects on track and everyone in the loop—you're the calm in the chaos.
Spot ways to experiment, improve, and push campaigns to be even better than last time.
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in client services or account management at a marketing or media agency, ideally working with healthcare or pharma brands.
Comfortable owning the client relationship and being the strategic voice in the room.
Strong multitasking abilities—you know how to keep all the plates spinning.
A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented mindset.
Skilled in building client-ready presentations (PowerPoint is your friend).
Familiar with tools like Jira, Monday.com, Ziflow, MS Project—or other agency ops platforms.
Willing to travel ~10% for client and team meetings.
Base pay for US is $110,000 - $120,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package. Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
