Job Description:

Phreesia is looking for a Project Manager (PM) to join our growing Life Sciences Marketing team and play an integral role in the execution of our marketing projects. Reporting to the Team Lead, Operations, this individual will work cross-functionally with other teams across Phreesia to ensure that our wide range of projects, including white papers, videos, ads, product collateral, web content and presentation materials, are delivered on time and meet the needs of affected business areas. Additionally, the Project Manager will help manage our vendor relationships and ensure that our team’s resources are used efficiently.

This is a role for an organized, efficient self-starter and effective communicator. The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a positive attitude are essential.

What You'll Do:

  • Create detailed project plans and ensure key milestones, dependencies and timelines are clearly communicated to stakeholders and partners
  • Oversee web development, including scope, vendor management, and testing plan. Own project management tool and ensure all projects are catalogued according to team processes
  • Manage and coordinate each phase of development, from initiation to closure, including ensuring resource availability and allocation, and that projects are completed on time and within scope as well as several offshore team members
  • Coordinate working groups for each project and ensure the right stakeholders are informed and engaged and liaise internally with department leads to align on content, technical specifications, creative requirements and best practices
  • Communicate project status to teams and stakeholders on a regular basis, maintaining internal status reports; report and escalate to management as needed
  • Identify project hurdles and develop mitigation plans to avoid delivery challenges and track project performance post-completion and deliver assessment for optimizations
  • Ensure asset library and creative server is kept up to date during the development process and at the completion of projects

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 5-7 years of relevant project management experience
  • Previous experience managing multiple high-visibility projects at once and *preferred project management software/systems such as Ziflow, MS Project, and Monday plus
  • Creative agency experience/healthcare technology industry experience a plus
  • Ability to quickly earn the trust of key stakeholders, motivate teams, set direction, and execute with ambiguity and limited information and strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to successfully navigate a highly matrixed organization and flexibility to adapt to new technologies and requirements

Base pay for US is $80,000 – $95,000, depending on qualifications.
