Job Description:

Our technical Salesforce team is seeking a technically savvy, dedicated, and collaborative Salesforce Developer to join the Business Systems Department. In this role, you’ll work with relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools, as well as develop process builders, flowers, and other clicks-not-code processes.

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, which include product managers in Salesforce and business partners to determine the CRM roadmap and requirements.

This opportunity is ideal for those that thrive in a fast-paced environment, resourceful, and excel in building new features from scratch or scaling an existing environment. In this role, you’ll be able to leverage your expectational problem-solving skills, proven critical thinking, technical Sales Cloud knowledge, and effectively prioritize tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Build scalable solutions that can be maintained in a no-to-low-code environment by administrators with utilizing Custom Settings and Tools
  • Develop customized solutions to extend Salesforce with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Approval Processes, and Flows
  • Assist with implementation of operational procedures for development, testing, and release management as well as configure and customize the Salesforce Platform including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience cloud, C.P.Q., Lightening Dialer, and more
  • Maintain organization security including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, etc. Along with troubleshooting and resolution of production issues in coordination with the Salesforce Administrators
  • Guide the Salesforce administrators, project managers, and key business partners in Salesforce best practices and providing documentation for user training and troubleshooting
  • Support over 150k Community Users with our customer support portal, advocacy community, and learning management system.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Ideally in Computer Science or Software Engineering major preferred as well as an Active Salesforce Platform Developer I Certificate and Trailhead Ranger Status. Nice to have certificates in App Builder, Platform Developer II, and others.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a Salesforce Developer role and prior work experience with application and software development.
  • Proficient in Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components as well as knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and ETL tools and experience developing Process Builders, Flowers, and other Clicks-not-Code Processes
  • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms, preferred CPA and Einstein experience
  • Experience with Integrations, preferred experience with Organizational migration or merger experience
  • Desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment.

Base pay for US is $83,700 - $90,000 USD, depending on qualifications.
