The ideal candidate brings a strong background in wholesale or B2B sales, an analytical mindset, and a passion for partner success and brand differentiation.

Key Responsibilities:

80% Chico Focus and 20% B2B Focus

Wholesale Strategy & Execution

  • Execute strategic plans to grow B2B and Chico wholesale sales
  • Champion the expansion of Our Brands within the Chico wholesale portfolio to provide exclusive, differentiated offerings that support Chico’s positioning and competitive advantage.
  • Identify new wholesale growth opportunities through market analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Promotions & Offer Management

  • Lead the planning and rollout of monthly and quarterly promotions tailored to Chico franchisee needs.
  • Own the development and delivery of the annual Chico Franchise Deal Book(s) in partnership with Merchandising and Chico Franchise teams.
  • Maintain and manage a Chico wholesale promotional calendar aligned with product launches, seasonality, and business milestones.

Product Launch Execution

  • Manage Chico franchisee communications for new product launches, ensuring clarity on timelines, pricing, and marketing support.
  • Work closely with the Category Management team to align Chico launch timing and messaging with overall merchandising and brand strategies.

Category Management Collaboration

  • Partner with Category Managers to align Chico product assortments, pricing strategies, promotional activity, and new product introductions—especially for Our Brands.
  • Ensure Chico wholesale and B2B priorities are integrated into category-level planning and reviews.

Budget Management & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor and manage Chico wholesale shipment performance against budget and sales targets.
  • Track KPIs including sales performance, promotional ROI, and product adoption across Chico and B2B accounts.
  • Analyze shipment trends and identify variances, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Work with Merchandising Planning and Supply Chain teams to support accurate forecasting and inventory availability.

Franchisee & Partner Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Chico and other partners to ensure Chico wholesale programs are adopted and deliver value.
  • Gather and act on feedback to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of B2B initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate with internal teams—Marketing, Merchandising, Our Brands, Legal, Supply Chain, and Field Operations—to ensure coordinated execution of Chico wholesale and B2B strategies.
  • Prepare updates and presentations for senior leadership on program performance, shipment trends, and brand expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in wholesale, B2B, category management, or retail operations (experience in pet or consumer packaged goods is an asset).
  • Demonstrated success in managing wholesale programs and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent bilingual (English/French) communication, project management, and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM, ERP, or promotional planning tools is a plus.

What You Bring:
