Join our Project Management team in one of our office locations in Germany or remote as

Manager (f/m/d) – Project Management Team

You will provide leadership to our Project Management team, and you will also be responsible for forecasting team capacity and supporting the personal development of your team. With your knowledge of project methodologies and integration of software and third-party products across a variety of sectors, you will also be allocating individuals to work on tasks and projects, providing support in resolving complex issues.

You are great at

• Providing day-to-day leadership including hiring, performance appraisals and goal setting as well as coaching as needed.
• Communicating daily at all levels, with clients, management and technical resources and other team members.
• Acting as the go-to person for any queries and ensuring consistency of approach and process. 
• Providing leadership to the team on best practices, reviewing project team deliverables for consistency.
• Delivering projects using project management methodologies.

What it takes

• Strong track record of Project Management experience in the Software industry
• Previous experience in a leadership role
• Strong interpersonal skills and extensive customer-facing experience.
• Excellent judgment and project management/business knowledge with a keen ability to assess people, processes, and products.
• Ability to provide accurate capacity forecasts against individual projects and resources as well as resource/capacity management.
• Willingness to travel to internal and customer meetings as required.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both oral and written
