Job Qualifications

  • Master's degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in analog IC design with a significant focus on design methodology or CAD tool development.
  • Solid understanding of fundamental analog circuit design principles (e.g., amplifiers, ADCs, DACs, PLLs, LDOs).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL for automation and flow development.
  • Strong experience with industry-standard EDA tools for analog design (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, AMS simulation environments).
  • Experience with layout and post-layout verification methodologies (e.g., LVS, DRC, parasitic extraction).
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and design data management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
