Customer Supply Business Operations Specialist

The Customer Supply Business Operations Specialist is responsible for leading operational engagement with key customers and ensuring seamless execution across the full order‑to‑delivery cycle. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, drive forecast and demand accuracy, and oversee supply‑related escalations to protect revenue and maximize customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Business Units to ensure aligned priorities and high‑quality service performance.
Key responsibilities include managing daily customer communication, monitoring backlog health, improving order coverage and on‑time delivery, and leading customer‑facing discussions such as CFTs, QBRs, and service reviews. You will own the supply and service strategy for your customers, ensuring compliance with NXP operating procedures, audits, and contractual obligations while identifying continuous improvement opportunities through Lean methodology. You will also coach and support team members, fostering strong collaboration and developing future talent.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience working in customer‑facing roles, preferably within supply chain or semiconductor environments
- Strong end‑to‑end supply chain knowledge, including demand, planning, manufacturing, and logistics
- Effective email and written communication skills, along with strong crisis‑management and stakeholder‑alignment capabilities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to prioritize under pressure
- Experience with SAP or supply chain reporting tools a plus
- English fluency required; Spanish language skills preferred
