Responsibility:

• Responsible for performing order evaluations and developing accurate and aligned production plans.
• Coordinate and communicate with the Business Line regarding order status, while managing and responding to their requests in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all related KPIs are achieved and implement appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
• Execute and support assigned projects in accordance with established objectives and timelines.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in production planning or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in production planning will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis
• Good command of Written and Spoken English
• Background in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred
• Experience with SAP and/or Power BI is an advantage
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and ambitious.
• Be able to work well under pressure situation and tight schedule.
