Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Local IT Support Technician to join our Global IT Team at TTTech Auto. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you will provide onsite and remote IT support, maintain infrastructure, and contribute to global IT projects. You’ll work closely with experienced IT professionals and have the opportunity to learn and apply best practices in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, security, and endpoint management.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and being part of a team driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide onsite and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist with maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and systems.
• Deploy and manage cloud services and applications (Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, Intune, Entra ID).
• Administer Active Directory environments and support endpoint management using Intune.
• Install and configure Linux systems and end-user devices, including data migration.
• Perform system updates, backups, and performance tuning.
• Manage network patching/debugging, printer maintenance, and IT waste disposal.
• Support global IT projects and provide VIP support when required.
• Set up and support audio/video equipment for meeting rooms and events.
• Manage inventory and stock, maintain server room equipment, and coordinate remote support.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
• Document IT processes, configurations, and contribute to knowledge base articles.
Qualifications
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles.
• Solid knowledge of Linux and experience with Microsoft Azure tools.
• Familiarity with Active Directory administration and endpoint management (Intune).
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred:
• Certificate of Higher Education in Networked Computer Systems Administration (ASIR) or equivalent.
• Certifications in Microsoft Azure or Linux (e.g., AZ-900, LPIC-1).
• Experience with ticketing systems and remote support platforms.
• Fluency in English;
