Contingent Workforce Analyst

The Contingent Workforce team is searching for a Contingent Workforce Analyst to assist with managing our 3rd party staffing program. As a contingent workforce analyst, you will provide support to the internal contingent workforce program and assist in managing the day-to-day contractor and vendor requests across NXP’s professional services business units. The successful candidate will have knowledge of the contingent labor marketplace and demonstrated ability to build relationships / partnerships (internal and external).
Expectations
- Independently manage contractor requests and inquiries, performing the tasks associated with the selection, procurement, on-boarding, maintenance and offboarding of contractors, leveraging our preferred vendor program and Beeline
- Provide reporting support for stakeholder community on NXP contingent workforce population
- Review and Analyze NXP’s contingent worker data to ensure data quality accuracy within our contingent workforce system (Beeline)
- Review all intake requests in queue and actively address requests with the stakeholder groups.
- Excellent customer service, organizational and planning skills
- Relationship management skills
- Provide support and guidance for hiring managers with respect to contingent workforce guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Responds to and resolves day to day operational issues including resolving issues with Integrations and Downstream IT systems
- Conduct day to day activities for contingent labor operations (temp and SOW)
- Proactively manages ongoing relationships with strategic, high risk, and operational suppliers to achieve continuous improvement opportunities and innovation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience with VMS or ATS required (Beeline a plus)
- At least 1 year of contingent staffing experience handling technical or professional-level positions
- At least 1 year of experience administering a Managed Services Program (MSP)
- Experienced with Excel
- Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend processes improvements.
- Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
