Role Summary:
Sample Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain sample delivery schedules based on customer requests, product development timelines, and manufacturing capacity.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Business line, production, quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate sample preparation and shipment.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sample delivery performance, analyze delays or issues, and generate reports for internal and customer review.
Job Responsibility:
Sample Planning & Scheduling: Develop and maintain sample delivery schedules based on customer requests, product development timelines, and manufacturing capacity.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with Business line, production, quality assurance to ensure timely and accurate sample preparation and shipment.
Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding sample status, delivery timelines, and technical specifications.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track sample delivery performance, analyze delays or issues, and generate reports for internal and customer review.
Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the sample planning process and propose solutions to improve lead times and accuracy.
Job Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in semiconductor industry. Candidates with relevant experience or intern will be given preference
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel including Macros, Word).
Proficiency in planning tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, SAP) will be advantaged.
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new and advancing semiconductor technologies and testing methodologies.
Understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
