Job Summary

We’re looking for a new colleague to join our Corporate Indirect Tax & Trade Compliance Department as our US Indirect Tax Manager. You’ll become the Go-To-Person for Sales & Use Tax (SUT) matters, including SUT compliancy and handling the various day-to-day SUT related activities. We we’re looking for someone who’s eager to grow and take on more over time – both in scope and responsibility – and who will implement improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

• Be our Go-To-Person for US Sales & Use Tax matters.
• Prepare and file US Sales & Use Tax returns.
• Run and review indirect tax reports, reconcile data, and handle supporting documentation.
• Exemption certificate management.
• Meet filing deadlines and make sure everything’s accurate.
• Flag any issues or inconsistencies and solve them.
• Provide clear instructions to other departments.
• Improve existing checks, processes, controls and work instructions.
• Over time, expand your scope to other countries and tasks.

What we’re looking for:

• Experienced hire who has worked within a (COE) Indirect Tax Team, shared service environment or similar within a multinational company.
• Hands-on experience and solid knowledge about US Sales & Use Tax.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4Hana is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail and a love for getting things right.
• Curious mindset – always looking to learn, improve, and do things smarter.
• A proactive attitude – we are looking for someone who loves to take initiative.
• Good English communication skills.
• Team player.
