Description:

• Primary work with worldwide cross-functional teams to support business line operations whole group.
• Coordinate and work with worldwide business line team on Product Cost/ Gross Margin/ Project status update, most often work with business marketing team, product engineering team, Quality, Finance, Procurement, Supplier and both NXP internal/external factory …etc.
• Work on supply chain data analysis, and be able to drive solutions for customer order escalations or support business marketing team on any new business development.
• Demonstrate and enforce NXP product change standards to meet customer and industry requirements. Know problem solving approaches, be able to in charge of issues, organize information and summarize scenarios for senior management.

Qualification:

• Master’s or Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of EE, Industrial Engineering, Communication or Automation related major.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English (CET-6 or Similar Grading Test) and Mandarin require to liaise with US, Europe and Asia.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint is desired.
• Good skill at VBA is preferred.
• Excellent logical analysis ability, strong sense of responsibility and ownership are a must.
• Data analysis and data visualization experience on power BI, Python, etc. is a plus.
• Experience/Education (PMP Certification) in Project Management will be an advantage.
• Team player, willing to learn, take on challenges, self-motivated and able to work well in fast paced environment.
