Responsibilities:

1. Market Insight and Analysis

• Closely monitor dynamics in the MCU industry, deeply analyze market trends, technological development directions, and competitors' situations, and regularly deliver detailed market research reports and analysis conclusions to support the formulation of the company's product strategy.

• Collect customer needs and pain points through various channels, collaborate closely with sales and technical support teams to obtain first-hand market information, and transform it into directions for product improvement and innovation.

2. Product Strategy and Planning

• Develop long-term strategic plans and short-term roadmaps for MCU products based on market insights, clarifying product positioning, target markets, and competitive advantages.

• Reasonably plan product features, performance indicators, and cost structures according to company resources and market demands, ensuring products are competitive and meet the company's revenue and profit goals.

3. Product Definition and Management

• Collaborate with design and development teams to define MCU products in detail and formulate specifications, drafting clear and accurate product requirements, including hardware and software functional requirements.

• Deeply participate in the product development process, communicate closely with the R&D team to resolve issues and risks in a timely manner, and ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery.

• Lead new product introduction, organize cross-department teams for project feasibility assessment, business plan formulation, and initiation reviews, and drive projects to launch smoothly.

• Take charge of the full lifecycle management of MCU products from definition to end of life, formulating corresponding strategies and plans for different stages.

4. Market Promotion and Sales Support

• Develop product marketing strategies and plans, including producing promotion materials, planning online/offline promotion activities, and participating in exhibitions to enhance product awareness and brand influence.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to organize product launches, technical seminars, etc., to showcase product advantages and application cases to customers and partners.

• Provide technical support and training to the sales team, helping them deeply understand product features and application scenarios to improve sales capabilities and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain close communication with customers, promptly understand usage feedback, solve problems, and build good customer relationships.

5. Partner Management

• Coordinate partner resources to jointly promote product development, application, and market promotion for mutual benefit.

• Participate in supplier evaluation and selection, manage supplier relationships, and ensure stable raw material supply and quality.

6. Data Analysis and Decision Support

• Establish a product data monitoring system, regularly collect and analyze market performance data, sales data, user feedback, etc., to evaluate product competitiveness and user satisfaction.

• Adjust product and market strategies in a timely manner based on analysis results, and provide decision support for company management to drive the sustainable development of product business.

Requirements:

1. Education Background

• Bachelors degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Automation, Communication Engineering, or related majors. A masters degree or MBA is preferred, as a solid science and engineering background helps in deeply understanding technical principles and industry characteristics.

2. Work Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in integrated circuits or embedded systems, with at least 5 years focused on MCU product definition and management, demonstrating familiarity with the full MCU lifecycle management process.

• Proven track record of leading 3 or more MCU products through the entire process from initiation, development to market launch, with successful market performance (e.g., sales growth, profit margin, market share expansion).

3. Professional Skills

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in core technologies including MCU architecture, cores (e.g., Arm Cortex-M, RISC-V), peripheral functions, low-power design, and development toolchains (e.g., RTOS, compilers). Familiar with the impact of semiconductor manufacturing processes on product performance.

• Market Insight: Possess keen market analysis capabilities, with in-depth knowledge of demand characteristics and development trends in mainstream MCU application fields such as IoT, automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.

• Data Analysis: Skilled in using data analysis tools to formulate product strategies based on market data and user feedback.

• Documentation Skills: Expert in drafting MRD or PRD, business plans, technical proposals, etc., to ensure accurate information delivery and cross-departmental collaboration.

4. Comprehensive Competencies

• Project Management: Excellent project coordination and risk management abilities, capable of aligning resources across R&D, marketing, supply chain, and other departments to drive complex projects to completion.

• Communication & Collaboration: Strong cross-department communication and team management skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical teams, suppliers, and customers to address multi-stakeholder needs.

• English Proficiency: Fluent in English, enabling proficient reading of international technical documents and participation in cross-border meetings to adapt to global business requirements.

5. Industry Resources & Additional Advantages

• Possession of collaborative resources and industry networks within the MCU value chain (chip partners, IP vendors, solution providers, etc).

• Familiarity with international market standards (e.g., IEC61508 certification, AEC-Q100 automotive certification, ISO 26262 functional safety) is preferred.

• Holders of certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or NPDP (New Product Development Professional) are preferred.
