What is BrighterMe Program?

BrighterMe is an annual program at NXP Taiwan targeting women in higher education studying a degree within STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and passionate about Semiconductor and High-Tech industry. We aim to inspire, motivate and collaborate with young women STEM talent to build up a brighter me together.

The program prepares women students for entering the workforce and build their personal brand by connecting and engaging with industry professional at NXP. Students will be paired with a women mentor at NXP and attend a bi-weekly one on one online session. You can also align your meeting schedule with your mentor based on your availability.

The program will run from September till December 2025, all events are mandatory for program completion.

What are the qualifications?

If you are a women college student currently pursuing studies in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), willing to participate in a mentorship program that includes online sessions, and fully committed throughout the program's duration (3 months).
