Responsibilities:

• Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, including hardware system design, bring-up, debugging, validation, and technical documentation.
• Design reference schematics and develop application notes to support product integration.
• Develop board-level diagnostics, test programs, and demonstration software.
• Drive cost-effective reference platform designs to support various applications.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide pre-sales technical support, including customer training, prototype/demo board development, technical presentations, field troubleshooting, and application workshops.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Solid understanding of high-speed interface design, simulation, and compliance testing (e.g., DDR3/4, LPDDR4/5, eMMC, QSPI, PCIe 3.0, USB 3.0, SATA, HDMI, LCD, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, SerDes, Audio Codec).
• Proficient in C and assembly programming.
• Experience with Linux Kernel/BSP or Android is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic components (resistors, capacitors, inductors, ferrite beads, etc.).
• Experience with Cadence OrCAD and Allegro is a plus.
• Signal/power integrity and simulation knowledge are a plus.
• Strong initiative, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
