Role Summary:

• Manage and maintain Manufacturing Material and Material Handling Management

• Oversee material control systems.

• Execute and coordinate Front-of-Line (FOL) and End-of-Line (EOL) cost, budgeting, and savings initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

• · Define standards and document specifications for material usage quantities.

• Manage and maintain inventory to ensure material and tooling availability.

• Monitor and control material/tooling lifecycle and scrap to prevent shortages.

• Design systems for cleaning, inspection, rework, and inventory management.

• Develop and manage quality control and inspection processes.

• Implement systems for storage, withdrawal, return, rework, and scrap handling.

• Perform SAP (COIK) transactions, physical counts, and adjustments.

• Manage sub-store systems.

• Coordinate with PE/EE teams to release new designs or revisions for materials and handling.

• Manage FOL and EOL budgets, spending, and cost-saving projects.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above in 5 or equivalent experience in any Engineering related fields.

• 5 + years of experience in Manufacturing, Maintenance, Material Management.

• Good communication, coordination, systemic, optimistic, and dedication.
