Job Responsibility:
· Assist in day to day business, especially organizing and allocating calendar/agenda efficiently, strategic meeting organization, inbox management, preparation of presentations and follow-up activities.
· Ensure a smooth and professional workflow.
· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism.
· Support the BL management team in several topics, e.g. planning of meetings, compilation of materials, agenda management and follow-up activities.
· Expense reporting, travel management and respective optimization.
· Support with reports & data extraction.
· Support the contract management process, respective approval flow and signature collection.
· Involvement in confidential matters.
· Take ownership and personal accountability.
Job Qualification:
· Professional education in business/office management; Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
· 2-3 years of experience as an Executive/Management Assistant in an international environment
· Good knowledge and practice of MS Office.
· Proven experience in managing complex agendas in a structured and reliable way.
· High level of service orientation, open-minded and friendly attitude.
· Excellent communication skills and Language Proficiency to speak and write fluently in English.
· High attention to detail and thorough follow-up, full understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
· Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, global and rapidly changing environment.
