• Primarily responsible for equipment maintenance, buyoff and release to support production.
• Plan, manage and work on resolving equipment line problems, and prepare the manufacturing line for ramp up.
• Experience in handling and troubleshoot visual mechanical issue for various packages.
• Experience in Cohu or SPEA test handlers.
• Experience in laser marker.
• Knowledge and experience in Teradyne testers are added advantage.
• Implement Preventive/Predictive maintenance program.
• Develop equipment maintenance specification, FMEA, OCAP.
• Monitor equipment performance key indicators and responsible to meet expectation.
• Drive OEE activities and improvement.
• Identify the key cost drivers and work on cost reduction programs.
• Define, develop and maintain equipment capabilities, strategy and roadmap.
• Owner of Equipment KPI such as MUBJ, MTBA, MTBF & quality indicators.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 – 3 years relevant experience in equipment maintenance preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Have knowledge in semiconductor final test equipment.
