Job Responsibility:

• Supporting business users on application incidents/ changes requested on SW environment applications and infrastructure.
• Plan and allocate appropriate resources to ensure optimum utilization of production operators, equipment and material in assigned area in conformance with company policies.
• Monitor the processes as well as the work and performance of operators to achieve production goals.
• Supervise the production operators and technicians in the assigned area, ensuring production of quality meet customer requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate among cross functional team the resolution of problems related to production processes, method, equipment and manpower to ensure smooth operation.
• Ensure assigned area is in strict conformance to applicable health, safety and security regulations.
• Develop, train and motivate subordinates to acquire maximum efficiency, productivity, cooperation and morale.
• Communicate the information from management to subordinates to improve understanding and relationship between management and employee.
• Conduct performance appraisal of subordinates.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Manufacturing Management
• Good English Communication
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure shift rotation
• Good knowledge and practice of MS Office
