Trust Provisioning Team is providing secure solutions, operating globally distributed between Europe and Asian manufacturing sites. We are looking for a Business Operation Engineers to join an enthusiastic and dynamic team in Bangkok. You will work together with global team from Europe and Asia to sets-up and maintains Trust Provisioning applications in secure segregated environments and interacts with production stakeholders. You will meet global talented people with a great teamwork mindset and work in the defined standard process. Plus, the opportunity to use the newest technology with full support from the management.
Responsibilities
- Execute a working CI/CD pipeline with the highest possible grade of automation across the whole TP landscape
- Ensure data and application backup/recovery are installed and tested according to requirements
- Provide monitoring applications and adapt them to applications (i. e. ELK, Grafana, PRTG, Foglight, Splunk) – in cooperation with DevOps engineers
- Support & ensure tooling for ServiceDesk engineers
- Cooperation with the TP domains (e.g. DevOps engineers) to manage general tasks and daily operation of applications across all domains and in close cooperation with manufacturing
- Tracks coverage of TP monitoring and supports improvements
- Supports incident resolution and RCA
- Supports industrialization into manufacturing tools and interaction with process & test engineers
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Experience in production and operation support.
- Good knowledge of various applications technology such as Web API, Windows Service, Message Queue, Proxies Server, HTTPs, FTP.
- Good knowledge of Operating system administrator and trouble shooting in both Windows/Linux
- Basic knowledge of Container and orchestration tool like Docker, Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Self-organized and commit to the plan.
- Experience in orchestration tool like Swarm, Kubernetes is a plus.
- Experience in CI/CD is a plus.
- Experience in Monitoring Tools such as ELK, Grafana, PRTG is a plus.
- Excellent teamwork mindset. Willing and able to work as a team.
- Able to communicate in English both speaking and writing
