As a UX/UI Designer/Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences for web applications and platforms. You will work within cross-functional teams, combining creativity, technical expertise, and user-centric design principles to develop solutions that align with business goals. This role requires a strong understanding of modern web technologies, best practices, and a collaborative mindset to transform ideas into impactful digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create user interfaces for web applications and platforms that align with business goals.
 - Develop and implement responsive and adaptive designs optimized for performance and accessibility.
 - Translate user workflows, requirements, and design mockups into interactive and functional web interfaces.
 - Maintain and enhance the company’s design system, ensuring brand consistency across all web properties.
 - Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs to improve user experiences.
 - Design and optimize landing pages, prototypes, and interactive components for web platforms.
 - Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
 - Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design and front-end development.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer/Developer in web applications, platforms or websites, ideally within the technology or semiconductor industry.
 - Strong knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles and practices.
 - Good understanding of web technologies, including architecture, development and user experience principles.
 - Strong ability in modern design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
 - Ability in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and a solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
 - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 - Exceptional diligence, ensuring high-quality deliverables and accuracy in testing and execution.
 - Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques.
 - Experience working with Product Owners and IT development teams.
 - Experience using Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), Adobe products (Adobe Analytics, Test and Target) and Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
 - Strong knowledge of design systems, branding, and keeping consistency across web properties.
 - Excellent critical thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail and a user-first mindset.
 - Ability to contribute to multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
 - Self-driven and initiative-taking approach to contributing projects and resolving challenges.
 - Strong and effective communication skills, with fluency in spoken and written English.
 
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
 - 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer/Developer, preferably for enterprise-scale websites or applications.
 - Demonstrated ability in creating intuitive and functional designs for web platforms, preferably within the technology or semiconductor industries.
 - Proficient to expert in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, and CSS.
 - UI/UX design/front-end development experience for a large company.
