General Requirements
- Current state electrical license
- Meets all compliance dates for calibrations
- Operates, maintains, installs, repairs, and troubleshoots "all" site facilities systems
- Operates and maintains site FMCS and BAS automation systems
- Perform preventative, predictive, and RCM maintenance on "all" site facilities systems
- Must work across "all" specialties/disciplines in performance of PMs, corrective maintenance, trouble calls, design, project management, system startup and commissioning, vendor interface, contract coordination, and inspection activities
- Participates in technical training in advanced technical areas
- Maintains and updates operating procedures
- Participates in emergency facilities activities, site wide
- May oversee and support air-balancing requirements for factory and office space personnel
- Perform minor pipefitting (controls related) maintenance, repairs, and installations
- Perform preventative maintenance functions on toxic gas monitoring controllers
- May apply and interpret predictive maintenance concepts including, thermographic inspection, and ultrasonic analysis
- Perform instrumentation calibration, installation and troubleshooting of electronic devices such as temperature transmitters, humidity transmitters and level controllers
- Perform a wide range of low voltage electrical maintenance installations and troubleshooting
- Capable of effective communication and interaction with I&C Team, Operations Group Leaders, AuSS staff, NXP management, suppliers, and all internal business partners
Additional Requirements:
- Required to order materials and parts through PO’s and ASP accounts
- Supports and maintains equipment calibration database for all PME equipment used for calibrations
- Able to apply multiple technical skills in two or more of the following disciplines: HVAC, electrical, process piping, mechanical, instrumentation, wastewater treatment, and UPW systems
- Ability to interpret complex multi-disciplined schematics, drawings, O&M manuals
- Knowledge and operation of personal computers and CMMS systems
- Working knowledge of local, state, and national building and environmental codes
- Understanding of industry and site equipment
- Advanced troubleshooting skills including data collection and trending of equipment and systems
- Requires manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination to manipulate and control hand tools and equipment
- Requires physical ability to work in temperature extremes
- Requires physical ability to maneuver in tight locations effectively and safely
- Requires physical ability to lift to 25 lbs.
- Requires physical ability to work around or near chemicals or residues such as acids, solvents, oils, and grease
- Requires medical surveillance and to be SCBA/APR approved
- Required to work off-shift, weekends, and holidays
- 3-5 years’ experience with facility systems and controls preferred
- Respond to site emergencies after hours and weekends
- Requires Microsoft Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power Point
