The Driver and Energy Systems Product line within the Business Line AA (Advanced Analog) is bringing to market new, innovative products that combine analog and mixed signal capability with embedded control for Electrification market including Battery Management Systems and High Voltage Gate Drivers.
Job Summary:
As Program Manager, you will be responsible to lead large multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, engaging the R&D team to achieve on time delivery while maintaining world class levels of quality.
You will be partnering with the organization’s R&D, Product Management, and Product Engineer/Test/Manufacturing teams to define schedules and resourcing for key deliverables, while anticipating risks and overcoming issues to positively impact key financial metrics including gross margin and EBITDA. You will be in charge of developing Analog integrated circuits from the concept phase to validation and then production release.
Your responsibilities are :
Leading a cross functional team in completing projects by a set of deadlines to achieve business objectives (customer schedule, project cost, product margin and quality).
Partner with Business Manager, Product Definer and R&D engineer lead/manager
Your mission is :
Support the Technical Marketing organization in the Product concept & definition phases internally or in relation and with our customers.
Establish & finalize the project charter with the customer and the development team before the transition to execution
Plan the different steps of the project developments: Provide a work Breakdown Structure Plan Those steps are covering the architecture & system aspects, hardware and software tools, validation, delivery and support to customers/ partners. Analyze change impact.
Resources and Staffing planning : Collaborate with all the functional groups to profile and guarantee the required resources for each phase of the program/project development.
Risk Management and Communication: Coordinate risks identification, Clear communication to stakeholders on project status and key issues, Maintain the program up to date according to the required timelines through regular communication among all involved stakeholders in respect to the milestones, objectives and the overall costs.
Critical Path Monitoring : Critical path evaluation and problems solving.
Cost Management : Budget planning and control on budget
Predictive project steering - identifying problems before they arise and take actions - Provide solution options
Gatekeeping : deliverables to ensure clean gates
Your Profile:
Bachelor / Master degree in Electronics or equivalent.
Proven experience in Project/Program Management and overall relevant experience in Semiconductor Industry – specifically New Product Development/Introduction. Understanding of design / validation of integrated circuits required
Good Program Management skills and experience in managing complex technical projects - PMI/PMP certification desirable but not mandatory
Iso26262, CMMI level3 knowledge
Critical thinking skills and proficient in risk management
Demonstrated real leadership capabilities, excellent communication & coordination skills in a matrix organization.

The international context of the projects is requiring fluent English and ability to travel frequently.
