Role Summary:

• This role will responsible for planning available equipment/ tooling/ machines to support forecast demand received, Also need to guide MFG/Planner on order acceptant and equipment re-allocation,

• Work with Global team on options to support demand per forecast received.

• Communication with steak holder relate to capacity and demand.

Job Responsibility:

• Review S&OP (SALES AND OPERATION) /RFF (Rolling financial forecast)/LTP ( LONG TERM PLAN) demand.

• Re-allocate available machines to support overall demand.

• Work with PPF on capacity allocation/LLC.

• Make sure equipment/capacity is allocated by MFG/engineer properly to maximize utilization/output

• Provide technical data to SCO system

• Provide capaicty statement to SCO system.

• Guide Order fulfillment planner on order acceptant.

• Support/provide management report per requested.

• Support IEMDM project implementation and maintain required information in IEMDM.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or above in engineer or equivalent experience

• 10 years of experience in planning, supply chain related fields

• Strong expertise in analysis skill, communication skill, Strategic Planning and Analysis skill, negotiation skill.

• Fluent in Microsoft excel

• Strong background in Planning field.

• Technical knowledge on test and pack process/machine.

• Be able to lead discussion/decision in team to achieve target.
