Job Responsibility:

• Help mold equipment engineers to do short term project (4-5 months).

• Increase specific technical competency to generate benefit to NXP equipment.

• To deliver outcome of machine performance improvement.

• Co-work with equipment engineers and technician in operation.

• Convert many small ideas of improvement from technician or engineer then amplifier those opportunity from engineering skill to create bigger outcome to operation.

• Follow guideline that engineer instruct during intern period.

Job Qualification:

• The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Tooling design or Programing in Engineering field

• The candidate will be able attend the internship program more than 4 months.

• Interest in working under IC manufacturing.

• Excellent in communication, analytical and logical skills

• Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills]

• Ability to deal with shop floor people.

• Self-motivated, and willing to learn.
