The position will do

• Promotion of Business Line(BL) Connectivity & Security (C&S), Auto connectivity and IoT & UWB related application for Korea customers.
• Recognize, develop, and support key ecosystem partners to drive faster adoption of NXP solutions and enable disruptive business growth.
• Train and enable field sales and customer application support (CAS) teams on the C&S portfolio, Auto connectivity and target applications
• Cooperation and communication with BL and Product Lines(PL) and local Sales/CAS team to ,1) Set the business strategy, 2) Set the attack plan, 3) Execute to cultivate connectivity business from Korea customers

The position candidate requires

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• Extensive Experience in Auto & connectivity Industry preferably UWB application
• Self-Starter with very strong leadership, results oriented with an undying drive to win.
• Experience leading development & execution of sales & marketing plans.
• Proven track record of marketing in a fast growth, high-tech(semiconductor) company.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Proficient english communication skills.
• Experience in global complex matrix business and organization strucutre.
• 5+ years additional experience in Marketing, Product Line Management, Key Account Management/Program Management or Application Engineering.
• Knowledge and experience in key customers is an advantage.
