Responsibility:
1. To be responsible for Assembly Backend -Chemical and Singulation Equipment.
2. PM SOP definition, SOP compliance.
3. Productivity improvement.
4. Machine OU improvement, machine standardization.
5. Machine trouble shooting and SAE training.
6. Spare parts management, cost reduction.
7. Project handling (Zero particle/ Automation).
Qualification
1. 8+ year experience in Assembly Backend equipment.
2. Bachelor degree and above. Major in Mechanical and Automation Engineering related fields.
3. Proficient English communication skills.
4. Familiar with AUTOCAD.
5. Having experience with package sawing and singulation is a plus.
6. Factory automation related experience.
