For our engineering organization in Munich, we are looking for a Junior Management & Team Assistant.

Your responsibilities:

• Plan and facilitate internal & external meetings, conference calls, team/customer events and trainings

• Travel and global itinerary coordination (planning, booking, visa process support, expense reimbursement)

• Manage executive calendars

• Coordination of office space allocation and contact person for facility management topics

• Order and manage IT equipment and office supplies for your team

• Administration of purchase order process

• Onboarding and offboarding support for employees, students and contractors

• Collaborate with your on-site assistant peers and contribute to continuous improvement of our workplace and administration processes

Your qualifications:

• 3+ years of work experience, supporting team of 50+ members and office management in a global organizational context

• Exceptional organizational skills

• Strong written and verbal communication in German and English with the ability of capturing complex concepts and conveying them in simple, meaningful language

• Experience, in particular Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

• Ability to perform well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

• Ability to interact with management and across different levels of the organization

• An understanding of confidentiality and the use of discretion is essential

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, passion about NXP and its products and services

• Administrative experience in business to business organization is an advantage.
