This role involves being responsible for end to end DFT activities on complex Mixed signal SOC’s.

Job Responsibility:

• Will be responsible for Designing and Implementing DFT techniques (Scan /On-Chip Compression/At-speed Scan/Test-clocking / Memory BIST/Analog Testing) on Mixed signal SOCs to improve testability
• Test Modes implementation and verification & Test coverage improvement
• Integrating and verifying memory BIST
• Test vector (Stuck-at/At-speed/Pathdelay/IDDQ) generation with high test coverage and simulations at gate level with and without timing (SDF). Advanced fault models for higher test quality.
• Silicon Bring-up support and closely working with Test Engineering and Product Engineering team to understand testability requirement for zero-defect
• Participate in driving new DFT methodology and solutions to improve quality, reliability and in-system test and debug capability
• Cross functional teams interaction for issue resolution.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics/Electrical
• 5-10 years of experience in Design for Test
• Strong expertise in DFT architecture and DFT techniques including SCAN, BIST, on-chip scan compression, fault models, ATPG, and fault simulation
• Hands on experience in simulating scan patterns and debugging pattern mismatches during verification process
• Good understanding of complete SOC design and flow
• Good problem solving and analytical skills
• Hands on knowledge in state-of-the-art EDA tools for DFT, design and verification.(Mentor/Cadence/Synopsys)
• Good communication, team work and networking skills
• Experience with Analog DFT a plus
