Role Summary:

• Develop and support security layer and memory test program content and tools.
• Perform NPI bring up security, memory, and fuse IP.
• Support tool infrastructure and development (e.g. Nexus, Origen, Git).

Job Responsibility:

• Perform NPI (New Product Introduction) test duties for on-chip security IP, fuses, and memory blocks.
• Support test requirements (failure analysis, device debug, characterization, customer return triage) for the existing SCE device portfolio.
• Build and deploy innovative test solutions that increase efficiency across business lines.
• Support the existing fleet of SCE tools and automation.

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
• Understanding of basic test concepts
• Background in computer programing
• Experienced in Python
