Role Summary:

  • Leader for quality improvement / quality handling in the responsible area.

  • Drive Internal and Subcontract quality issues handling via quality system.

  • Support customer/external audit.

  • QA equipment management (MSA, spare part and budget planning) and new equipment investment plan.

  • Quality system owner.

  • Manage QA man power and supervise QA operators to serve company KPI.

Responsibilities

  • Leading in data analysis and presentation of the analysis result in transparence to team, ensure fast and correct decision making.

  • Lead data analysis for root cause finding and cooperate with all teams to initiate and final 8D report and 3x5why.

  • Scope and recall problematic lots from ether internal or/and external warehouse.

  • Monitor process control and capability (Cpk, Ppk, DPPM, VM).

  • Keep up-to-date of Quality specification and implementation actions to conform with customer requirement.

  • Provide and refresh training program according to the new requirement and all any change of Quality specification.

  • Consolidate the progression of quality improvement and sharing to team.

  • Support Q-share fan in – fan out and quality data request from both internal and external.

  • Maintain QA equipment to manage PM, calibration, MSA plan and provide new QA equipment investment plan and buy off.

  • Key responsibility for quality system.

  • Review and approval for NPI/NTI release, change in-process.

  • Manage QA operator to work follow the job response and review man power.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above in related field of manufacturing process.

  • Knowledge of IC assembly and wafer sawing/grinding processes is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of statistical and problem analysis tools such as control chart, Process control, MSA, cause-effect diagram, FTA, 3x5why etc.

  • Good in communicate with others, including writing and speaking in English.

  • Good in Microsoft office programs such as Power Point, Excel and Word.

  • Strong leadership, planning, analytical, and decision-making skills.

  • Have ability to work with team, adaptability, and flexibility.

  • Can work well under pressure & rush environment.
