We are looking for a highly motivated students that will help us with various challenges on wafer characterization and modeling of spice models in all technologies, ranging from standard CMOS to HV-technologies and RF/mmW technologies where our products are being developed. You will have the opportunity to work in a state of the art laboratory with some of the leading experts in the modeling domain. We have various internship assignments ranging from design test structures activities, doing measurements and/or model development or extraction. Pushing the current boundaries to lower the cost, increase productivity or increase the quality of the services we provide to all of our design teams.

Your Profile

• Internship for Batchelor or Master of Science in in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics.

• Affinity with semiconductor device physics, device development applications in Digital-, Mixed Signal-, RF- and/or High Voltage Domain.

• Team player, willing to work in international and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Flexible and able to multi-task.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

Duration

This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) with a duration of 3-6 months or longer. The assignment could also be extended as a thesis/graduation project. Please note that in order to be considered for an internship/working student assignment, you need to be registered as a student during the entire period.
