We are looking for a student (m/f/d), studying at a university in the greater area of Gratkorn/Graz. In this position you will support administrative activities in the Customer Application Support team, gain hands-on experience in an international, innovative high-tech company and get the opportunity to learn and develop your professional skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support and maintenance of program monitoring and program reporting documentation

• Collecting program data, keeping program databases up-to-date

• Controlling planned versus actual data within the program

• Creating monthly reports, presentations and dashboards

• Handling and driving resolution of data inconsistencies in reports in collaboration with data owners

Your Profile:

• Ongoing studies in Economics, Information Management, Business Administration, Management or similar

• Good MS Excel skills

• Experience with MS PowerPoint and Word

• Experience in SharePoint/ Teams administration and maintenance is an advantage

• Fluent English skills (conversation and writing)

• Reliability, confidentiality and personal accountability

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently

• Flexibility

• Analytic capabilities

• Customer oriented

• Want to work in an international company and with a global team

• Availability 5-10 hours per week (flexible working time)
