Responsibilities:

• Understand current way of working on the team’s multi-project and activities planning

• Develop and proof consistency in multi-project planning setup for managers & project leads

• Implement reporting items for team analysis and scenario creation (project view, multi-project and resource allocation view)

• Kick-start regular planning / review cycles on new multi-project planning procedure

Preferred Background:

Experience with / Knowledge of:

• Project Management and Planning Methods

• MS Project (preferred)

Your Profile:

• Student of Economics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Physics

• First experience with project planning and able to work independently and accurately

• Enjoys working in a high-tech company, cutting edge, with international exposure

• Passion to work in a multi-national team, capable to communicate and interact in English

• Analytical thinking and good communication skills

Working time: ~18 hrs/week as working student, 35 hrs/week as intern (please note that we can only offer mandatory internships required by your University)

Job location: Hamburg, on site (partially home office possible)
