In an environment of growth and new product development, we seek to strengthen our PMO team with an Requirement Manager.
Your skills include a background in requirement management tools and methodologies.
You are familiar with R&D flows such as V-model, traceability and safety standards.
As Requirement Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating RM activities within projects.
You will be partnering with the organization’s R&D, Project Management, and Product Engineer/Test/Manufacturing teams to ensure proper traceability within the project.
The scope of the job includes the following responsibilities :
- Define, write and maintain the project’s Requirement Management Plan, including all traceability elements
- Support the requirements and traceability review process, and provide project requirement management status
- Deliver the compliancy reports for safety, quality and program management standards
- Project set-up and maintenance
- Align with program managers to define and schedule the deliverables
- Communication with the R&D community and the stakeholders
- Continuous improvement of the performance and the tools
- Train and support in Requirements Engineering process & RM Tools / database use
- Support best-practice sharing & maintaining tool & process consistency
- Represent own business in Cross Business Requirement Management tool & process
- The strong collaboration within the technical team a will be a key element to both your personal success and that of your projects.
Required skills
- Bachelor / master’s degree in Electronics or equivalent.
- Experience in Requirement Management.
- Knowledge of Specification structure & traceability
- Understanding of V-model framework
- Knowledge in IBM ELM/DOORSNG/DOORS 9 usage
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with various teams within and across the divisions to effectively drive issue resolution
- Organizational skills
- Working daily in an international environment
- Self-motivated and self-driven.
- Agile within a constantly evolving environment
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards is a plus
- Knowledge in other requirements management tools is a plus
