NXP’s Industrial and IoT business is a major growth segment of our semiconductor company, we are focused on addressing a diverse range of end customers and exciting applications through a large portfolio of embedded processors, general purpose and connected microcontrollers.

NXP is looking for an analytical and highly organized marketing specialist to support the growth of our business. In this role, you will be assisting in the coordination of new product launches and will be accountable in facilitating and leading certain aspects of our various marketing campaigns, leveraging data to analyze and unify marketing tactics in order to drive optimized results. You will play an integral role in our fast paced and global organization.

• Develop and execute various marketing campaigns related to new products
• Create timelines and budget estimates for our marketing projects and campaigns
• Use various tools to manage and support projects
• Create data-driven marketing activities and analyze results
• Communicate priorities, progress, and potential roadblocks
• Maintain communication with key partners in the organization, coordinate with others to ensure assignments are completed timely

• Work closely with marketing team members as well as other internal departments to ensure projects are on time and on budget
• Collaboration with our system and application engineers, and product managers, to prepare content that will support our marketing campaigns
• Alignment and communication with NXP sales, as well as our partners and distributors

Job Qualifications:

• Candidate should have an Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering with a passion for marketing
• Up to 2 years experience, including internships
