Reporting to the Automotive Processors Americas Commercial Marketing Manager this role is responsible for the commercial and business management activities within the Americas region for NXP's Automotive Processors semiconductor products.

Scope/ Responsibilities:

This is a customer facing role where you would be responsible for:

  • Generation of quotations and associated strategy/analysis for new business opportunities in support of design win targets

  • Analysis and execution of annual customer Price Agreements strategies and negotiations

  • Analyzing market demand and providing updates on outlook

  • Supporting finding solutions for critical supply disconnects

  • Generation of detailed long-range forecasts

  • Securing customer approvals on Process Change Requests and Product Terminations

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering required

  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience

  • Experience in business-to-business environment

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of pricing & negotiation.

  • Knowledge of semiconductors and microcontrollers is preferred.

  • An understanding of the automotive electronics market would be beneficial.

Key Skills / Competencies:

  • Analytical capabilities using Excel, PowerBi, SQL, SalesForce

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills coupled with good interpersonal skills.

  • Customer focused outlook

  • Team working mindset and ability.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Willingness to travel when necessary.

Location:

  • Position is located in Austin ,TX. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home.
